Pros

Good employees and health benefits.

Cons

Horrible leadership, full of false promises. They will not even think once before laying off their workforce. They have done it more than twice. Its just a pattern that they cannot let go.

Pros

Amazing and knowledgeable co-workers that were also unfortunately part of the 950 laid off along with myself. Competitive pay but for certain departments, 100% covered benefits, and unlimited PTO

Cons

Lack of transparency and communication from the top down. It's a surprise that directors and managers were laid off or unaware of the incoming layoffs in a leadership position. Annual merit reviews were delayed multiple times for multiple months with no communication as to why or given a timeline if they might happen later. While we received equity packages, they ended up being lesser in the amount originally provided when starting with the company. Lack of transparency from some hiring managers as to why some candidates didn't seem to fit the OneTrust culture.

Pros

Decent product - customers see value

Cons

The culture is one of the most toxic cultures I have been apart of in my career. They pin the specialists and client executives against each other to motivate and increase production. Not treated like a human at all - more like a number. One of the first things management told me when I got into my territory was "I want you to make so many calls and dials that you make everyone else fear for their job." Be careful - there is an obvious difference between a culture revolving around fear vs trust.
