We acknowledge your feedback regarding senior manager enablement. Our Leadership & Development team has done incredible work this year to move the needle in this area. They rolled out OneTrust's first Leadership Foundations program in June 2025 to help equip and enable our people leaders to go from just managing people to effectively leading, inspiring, and empowering teams. We look forward to future sessions and additional development programming from the team.

Our Total Rewards team has done a lot of great work over the past few years to evolve our employee benefits packages and compensation philosophy. We can't wait to see what they do in the future to continue supporting our people's lives both in and out of the office. Our executive leadership team is in sync and focusing on their partnership as the company grows on this maturity journey. We also recognize there's always room for improvement. The work culture is healthy, inclusive, and supportive, with a strong emphasis on growth and collaboration. The salaries are up to the market standards with bonuses and incentives. The tech stack is modern and well-maintained, offering exciting challenges and continuous learning opportunities. I get to work with an amazing team of talented individuals and learn from peers who have deep industry experience. We also enjoy free lunch, thoughtful benefits, and a good balance between work and life.
