Pros

Work life balance is fantastic and employee wellbeing is a priority. The execs and higher-ups drive and enable success while supporting employees and paying a good wage. The culture is fun and friendly and everyone is supportive.

Cons

Process changes due to a recent acquisition have negatively impacted the team through no fault of Tugboat Logic. I don't have anything negative to say about this company at all.
