There's a ton of excitement in the market, and just last week we announced our new Trust Intelligence Platform which is going to be a game-changer for our customers. We also understand that there is room for improvement. We're scaling, and the growing pains that come from evolving into a larger company with more established processes don't give the right environment for everybody.
