Great Company, No Trust Ironically and No Payrises
Pros
OneTrust has a great product, a great vision and will do great in the short medium and long term. If you want a company where you are pushed to be better and move into new roles then it's a great opportunity.
Cons
The company has come a long way in the past year in terms of looking after employees, but has a long way to go still. A good example of this is that the company has completely dragged it's heels for home working during Covid-19, now even on teams where the average person is on over 6 figure packages there are 10+ calls a week to check how many calls and emails they plan to send that day. At the same time we are being told not to over contact our prospective customers during a pandemic as they are very likely busy, we have 10 calls per week going through our activity levels to make sure they are normal. Managers are spending 2-3 hours on daily goals and while I get this for a junior sales team this is insulting to say the least and mostly a complete waste of everyone's time.
