Pros

Due to no structure in the organization and no one follows an official process, this let's each individual take on multiple responsibilities not necessarily fitting to your job title.

Cons

Higher management only cares about hitting the revenue targets. HR is a joke, they only put a show but can't really put a policy in place which fixes issues for employees. The employee turnover rate is too damn high. Literally every fifth person I know doesn't work here anymore. Recruiters manipulate people while hiring stating there will be equity offered, salary hike of X% every year and faster growth in the company. Literally every single thing they mention is just to hire you there is no formal process to do that. Lack of official procedures on all these issues makes people leave. The product and R&D teams are so understaffed they always use it as an excuse for not fixing product issues. There is a huge amount of backlog items that are never addressed.

Pros

- I haven’t met a single person in the company who isn’t pleasant on a personal level - Great opportunity to get comfortable with C-level execs - Learn many different skills from your peers

Cons

- No work life balance. 55-60 hours just to be behind on everything. - Overworked. CEO asked everyone to stay until at least 8 pm - Overworked. Staffed on too many projects, no feasible way to keep up. - Accrued PTO (that doesn’t get paid out). - No 401k match - CEO does not like WFH so no WFH.

Thank you for your feedback! And, you are correct - we do have the best people working at OneTrust. We feel that our employees are truly what makes us stand out as a company. We are dedicated to training and growing our managers and employees through our Learning and Development series which provides both with the skills and resources to navigate the challenging dynamics of the work environment. We take feedback from our employees seriously, and we are continuously evaluating our benefit package. We will be announcing our 401(k) match soon, and while we do not have a formalized 'Work from Home' policy, each department can be flexible, and we encourage you to work with your manager when situations arise. OneTrust believes that conversations held in the break room while getting a cup of coffee, or a passing comment from a coworker in the hallway, can lead to problem solving on the spot! Thank you again for your feedback!
