- Great People - both in leadership and in the overall employee base - Growing Industry - great outlook in the next 6 months to 5 years - Great Career Opportunities. Easy to move into the desired role after a certain time

Cons

- Growing pains of a start-up (3 years old) - Still hammering out policies and internal alignments - Work/Life balance is below average but expected. goes hand-in-hand with career opportunities and being a start-up. getting better.

At OneTrust you get rewarded if you work hard, after only three months at the company I got a promotion! this is what you want: a company that rewards the hard work, that encourages people to collaborate well together and to strive to be the best. This comes from leading by example: our CEO and EMEA MD are the hardest workers of all! We have grown in only 3 years from 20 people to 1200, you can feel the excitement and there are so many opportunities for you as an individual to grow and pursue the career path you want.

Demanding but for some people this is really motivating (like me!)
