Horrible workload and management, offshore managers often micromanage tasks Fake expectations: Upper management boasting about "Trust Week" and business. Promised pay reviews in May. No pay review and then massive layoffs in June. Went from bonuses being paid out to massive cuts all while execs touting how good everything is. Any promises about equity, "people first" is all nonsense. You will hear over and over again about company acquisitions and how the market share is massive. But that is all thrown out and employees are thrown under the bus to save costs. Upper management overreacted during the beginning of pandemic and had layoffs which is understandable. But then there was massive massive hiring which was unsustainable and now again they are cutting people due to bad decisions. About a quarter of my team was just laid off. I will be waiting for my next equity vesting period before leaving. Definitely mentally checked out and will be looking for backup positions
