The product is good and evolves frequently to meet industry changes

Cons

No ethic of work-life balance. Most employees are very new and bullied into working as many hours as humanly possible. Example of this is compulsory training which lasts 12 hours per day for 3 consecutive days as well as dealing with day to day tasks. Another example is encouraging employees focused on oversees territories to travel overnight for meetings without accommodation. Culture is based on fear rather than motivation.

We always want our employees to feel respected and that they can voice their opinions. We recently updated our PTO policy to include 20 days of Paid Time Off as well as 3 Sick Days per year! OneTrust supports a healthy work-life balance and hopes that you will take advantage of the increased PTO.
