Thank you for submitting your feedback. You hit the nail on the head that OneTrust is not the place for those seeking "9-5 hideout" jobs. For the right candidate, we know it's a motivating work environment with opportunities to grow rapidly. We are an industry leader, and because of that, there can be days where there's a larger workload than usual. We were excited to incorporate 2 new company holidays for our US employees this year to give them dedicated time to serve their communities or to simply have a break. With our new unlimited PTO, employees can take more time for themselves to have a better balance and we hope this gives employees the time off that they need.
