Pros

Incredible learning curve Supportive leadership: I’ve had managers who genuinely cared about career development. Regular 1:1s and growth conversations helped me move from an individual contributor to a team lead. Quality-focused culture: There’s a strong emphasis on engineering quality, not just QA as a formality. Collaboration with developers, CI/CD pipelines, and ownership of product quality made the work meaningful. Career progression: Internal mobility is real here. I was trusted with responsibilities as I grew, and mentorship played a big role in my journey.

Cons

Work-life balance can suffer during releases or cross-timezone calls: While flexibility exists, late-night or early-morning calls with global teams can be draining, especially during critical releases or escalations.

Pros

I have been working with onetrust for past few years and it has been an incredible journey with a lot of challenging opportunities thus helping to enhance the technical competencies. The culture of collaboration across teams is truly commendable, with colleagues and leadership always approachable and supportive. Management values flexibility and values employees well being. OneTrust genuinely values flexibility and employee well-being, offering benefits like an unlimited leave policy and generous paternity leave—both of which make it easier to maintain a healthy work-life balance. The company also provides a world-class office environment equipped with top-tier amenities and facilities that foster collaboration and boost overall productivity.

Cons

There is no much cons to highlight.
