The Executive Leadership team has done a lot of work over the years to steadily enhance the customer and employee experience. They have invested in scaling and hiring great talent who have proven success at other tech companies. They have also invested in research to form our culture and values. In addition, they have brought in devoted headcount for Talent Management which has helped us pour more resources into the employee experience, leadership & development, and performance management. Our leaders recognize there's still a lot of work to do as we continue to mature and improve as a company. That's why now is a great time to be part of this team. The environment in our new Bengaluru office is energetic. It's a great space for our teams to collaborate and develop widely-recognized software for our 14,000 customers. All of our teams are making a big impact, and we've seen that directly through the years of growth and success since OneTrust began. That trajectory has fostered a winning, supportive culture. Additionally, our strategy has changed over time because the landscapes in which we operate, data and AI, are constantly evolving.
