Thanks for sharing your perspective. Although it's nice to hear you liked your total rewards package, it's disappointing to learn you didn't have a positive experience at OneTrust. We're proud of our R&D team who has developed solutions to support our 14,000 customers. Just this week, OneTrust was named Market Leader in Privacy Management Software in the Cyber Defense Awards. We're confident in the direction of our solutions given their proven success to help organizations stay ahead in an ever-evolving data and AI landscape. You're right that our strategy has changed a bit over the years. We do that because the areas in which we operate in are constantly shifting. New regulations, technology, and societal behaviors fuel our desire to improve and ensure our customers are getting the right solutions to solve their complex privacy, data, and AI challenges.

Finger pointing and fire drills galore

Pros

Really struggling to find pros here, I guess there is opportunities for leadership to align and grow to meet customers and the market demand, however, all hands meetings are mostly lip service with little actions (basics) taken to implement.

Cons

There is no company culture. I didn't think it was possible to have less culture than we did. There are constant promises of working towards bringing comp to "market value" but often followed by "no promises but we are working on it". The CEO is very aloof, he doesn't grasp the need for customers that have real wins with the software. There is a very surface level fake cheerleader tone on teams but non of that is real in person. Everyone is working a few levels below their experience and skill set because there is no structure in place for anyone to perform their outlined job responsibilities and grow. Everything internal is treated as a EOD emergency. Teams often resort to finger pointing during issues and escalations rather than rallying and working together.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. It's disappointing to learn you didn't enjoy working at OneTrust. The Executive Leadership team has done a lot of work over the years to steadily enhance the customer and employee experience. They have invested in scaling and hiring great talent who have proven success at other tech companies. They have also invested in research to form our culture and values. In addition, they have brought in devoted headcount for Talent Management which has helped us pour more resources into the employee experience, leadership & development, and performance management. Our leaders recognize there's still a lot of work to do as we continue to mature and improve as a company. That's why now is a great time to be part of this team. Our employees are working hard to build a foundation and create brand new processes and products to make OneTrust bigger and bolder and to achieve long-term success. We wish you the best in the future of your career.

Thanks for sharing your perspective. While we're pleased to know you have a supportive team and enjoy working with our technology, it's disappointing to learn you've had a negative experience working at OneTrust. The environment in our new Bengaluru office is energetic. It's a great space for our teams to collaborate and develop widely-recognized software for our 14,000 customers. All of our teams are making a big impact, and we've seen that directly through the years of growth and success since OneTrust began. That trajectory has fostered a winning, supportive culture. Additionally, our strategy has changed over time because the landscapes in which we operate, data and AI, are constantly evolving. We owe it to our customers to ensure we're enhancing our products to meet the market's expectations as this exciting evolution occurs. We recognize the dynamic environment isn't right for everyone. But for those who are eager to roll up their sleeves, build, and make a real-life impact, OneTrust is a great place to bring your best self to work.
