-Most clinic staff seem genuinely passionate about their work. -Pharmacy cashiers do a great job of handling volume of patients. -Fantastic benefits package

Cons

-Lots of gossip and favoritism. -Management doesn’t seem to care about anything other than statistics. -May be made to preform tasks not corisponding to job description or ever discussed in interview process.

I have been able to provide excellent Healthcare to underserved populations in a primary care setting so they can maintain consist care. Current co-workers and Providers are unbelievably great at the service they provide to our patients.

Cons

My current position is part-time with no future plans of turning into a full-time position which I am seeking. Current clinic is understaffed frequently making a consist schedule difficult.
