      -There has been lots of growth and that is great to be part of. -Passionate staff, I've never worked at a place that has staff more passionate about what they do. -Healthy organization. The organization is strong.

      Cons

      -Some growing pains. -Health insurance is fine if you are single but for families it isn't great. -Some but not a ton of growth for employees, unless you go back to school.
