Pros

Good leadership that wants to help you solve problems, lots of opportunities to be involved and help the community. Good compensation and pretty good benefits, unlimited PTO policy, flexible hours, good work/life balance. Genuinely helpful management and co-workers. People are very understanding and friendly. No micromanaging!

Cons

No real cons to speak of. There is a close knit company culture here. If you don't like to be involved in company activities or grow your skillset this may not be the place for you. Since the company is an ESOP there is a focus/intentionality on helping each employee build their strengths, in order to grow the company and be more profitable.

Pros

The Onebridge team has been incredibly supportive and understanding amid COVID (and beyond). I feel that my voice is heard and my opinions valued at the company. My co-workers work hard to achieve goals while still finding time to have fun and get to know each other. I see my peers and leaders living out our values daily, and that is encouraging.

Cons

No cons at this time.

Pros

Nice facility in Indy, flexibility, a few decent people left. Like others have said, if you're in with the right people or come from the same company, you'll be fine!

Cons

A complete flip flop in culture and values 2-3 years ago. Despite the company preaching about their 'core values,' this was only established (on paper) because of blatant sexual harassment, discrimination, ageism, and alienation fostered by upper management for far too long and continuing to this day. It is an outrage that SmartIT is able to coerce their way onto the Best Places to Work list considering the abhorrent behavior that has gone for years leading to MASSIVE turnover and currently a very shallow talent pool. It's no wonder why the company is up for sale to the highest bidder, yet the owner insults our intelligence by stating it's not. My connections in the market have proven it to me. This might be a blessing in disguise for people like me and will give me that push to finally move to an organization that truly practices respect and inclusion regardless of your sex, orientation, and beliefs. Having a beer fridge does not cut it.
