      Pros

      Competitive pay, unlimited PTO, employees own the company, great health insurance, 401k, misc life services available. The leadership, team members all have amazing people skills. It is tough to find a tech company that hires team members with soft skills that are at the same level of an individuals technical skills set. They sincerely care about a team members experience and are open to any feedback.

      Cons

      I have not come across any cons. If you are a consultant you are not active with onebridge team members as you may with the client or their team. That comes with consulting.

      Pros

      Team atmosphere, everyone has your back and is willing to help out when asked. I learn a ton from peers and our Sr. project leads - a lot of diverse industry and technical experience and expertise and the environment supports sharing ideas and views on how to solve, design, or develop best for the client. I feel like I can be an active contributor and participant that is helping to build the firm up and out. A lot of opportunity if you’re willing to jump in to things and put the work in.

      Cons

      Inherent in consulting and like other firms I’ve worked for before, sometimes the client can add unnecessary frustration or have unrealistic expectations that are hard to smooth over. But that’s the professional services life I guess we choose to live.

      Pros

      Pretty much zero - was never allowed to do my job correctly and was frequently told I'd be judged based on ridiculous criteria that had nothing to do with my job. Was asked at one point to risk my life driving in horrible weather amid a myriad of accidents despite the fact that we could all perform our jobs safely at home.

      Cons

      Was asked several times to do my job incorrectly, and when I spoke up I was told I was no longer allowed into meetings with the sales director because I was "too argumentative" -- AKA too female with an opinion. That sums up every attempt I made to do my job correctly at this company. Also, pretty sure earning were withheld illegally.
