      Pros

      Amazing company with the opportunity to develop, grow, advance, and make a lot of money. The key here is that hard work pays off. Medium effort won't get you far, and complaining and having workplace drama or a below par attitude won't fit in well. Great work space including gym and free drinks, snacks, and tons of company sponsored activities. Management is developing and doing a good job of creating ongoing recognition systems from both peers and leadership.

      Cons

      The culture clashes that do occur (which are minimal) are typically caused by low producing contributors, who aren't personally motivated or driven to succeed.

      Pros

      My experience with SmartIT has been wonderful. From the time I was hired, expectations have matched reality. It is exciting to be with a quickly growing company, new opportunities present themselves on a regular basis. People are treated well and there are a lot of perks to enjoy between the office amenities and nice company-sponsored events. You have the freedom to perform your job as you see fit, and can request training and education if needed. The experience has been positive and I appreciate the chance to grow and learn.

      Cons

      No real downside, just expected aches and pains that accompany substantial adds to staff and revenues.

      Pros

      Good salaries, lots of perks, some nice people, good tech-y office space, name brand clients. Unlimited free beer everyday is insane. Pretty good place to go in and out of, but not the kind of place you make a career because you'd want to jump off a bridge.

      Cons

      Too much going on under the covers, bad business practices, competition and manipulation between departments, ineffectiveness of management, inappropriateness overlooked by leaders. There are other places to work that pay well and have less going on, go work at those places.
