      Pros

      Lots of opportunity for growth, very helpful and insightful leadership team always willing to help, positive working environment, and great benefits I have been with the company for a few months now and since day one I have had nothing but great experiences. My peers are always willing to help me with whatever I need, and I have already grown my knowledge and expertise tremendously.

      Cons

      There has been some company changes since I started with SmartIT, but everything has been good for the company and its employees. The positive vibes and feedback from other employees has shown that this company has the best interests of itself, its employees and its clients in mind.

      Pros

      Supporting environment. The owners truly care about employees. Opportunity to earn unlimited and a great support staff. The environment is entrepreneurial and if you work hard you can really do well. If you make you living gossiping and trying to throw people under the bus then you won't be rewarded and may end up being someone that writes a bad review on anonymous sites....

      Cons

      Snarky, judging former employees that like to write reviews when they should look in the mirror and realize that they are the problem. Grow up and accept the fact that you are a whiny entitled person or person(s).

      Pros

      Great company to work with!!! Place where when possible they promote from within and where you can maximize earning potential based on effort. Flexible work schedules for those with families (no time-card keepers or clock watches like other places). Wonderful office spaces with very generous amenities. Owners took time and thought in designing work spaces to make coming to work enjoyable. Fosters work life balance and good co-workers. A number of company sponsored events and outings to show appreciation towards employees.

      Cons

      Every organization has their share of issues. When problems arise, great thought is put forth to come up with a fair and equatable solution. Like other firms, there are a few under-performers and negative people.
