I have nothing bad to say about the company. Joining SmartIT is one of the best career decisions I've made.

The higher management is good. However there is no gtowth in yhe organization and also even if you work multiple years with them, they dont raise your pay. Also they are very bad in the proceses and take more to resolve your issues.

The senior management team has no idea what they are doing. They are ruining the company the owners built. No work/life balance.
