Misguided and Lost - They Need a Change

Business Outlook

Pros

Many of the employees are phenomenal and talented individuals. The company survives on the ability to find intelligent and hard-working individuals. Unfortunately, there seems to be an inability to retain these "high-performing" people, based on personal experiences, confirmation from other employees, and outside reviews of the organization.

Cons

There is a lack of leadership and direction within the organization. There seems to be a consistent theme of confusion amongst the leadership team, which trickles throughout the organization. The ability of the organization to identify a plan, dedicate necessary resources, and execute is lacking severely. Values are preached but not actually lived.

Pros

The environment and the people are top notch. The leadership team has worked hard to build a great environment for people to thrive and succeed, and it worked. The company is growing, positive and an enjoyable place to work.

Cons

I really don't have anything at this point.

Pros

They get well-paying jobs, at least.

Cons

They lie about the length of assignments (mine was supposed to last three months; it ended after three and a half *weeks*); after the first assignment, they will drag their feet about getting you another one; the attitude of their recruiters NEEDS to improve (if you call to ask about assignments or your application, they will give you the run-around, and if you express displeasure about being run around, they will *whine* at you about how *difficult* you are being).
