Good leadership that wants to help you solve problems, lots of opportunities to be involved and help the community. Good compensation and pretty good benefits, unlimited PTO policy, flexible hours, good work/life balance. Genuinely helpful management and co-workers. People are very understanding and friendly. No micromanaging!
Cons
No real cons to speak of. There is a close knit company culture here. If you don't like to be involved in company activities or grow your skillset this may not be the place for you. Since the company is an ESOP there is a focus/intentionality on helping each employee build their strengths, in order to grow the company and be more profitable.
Great company culture. The team is full of passionate individuals who truly want to help the company grow and help each other grow. It's also 100% employee-owned which is a unique perk.
Cons
There aren't a lot of cons of working here but I think there is room to keep growing in leadership and individual alignment.
