      Pros

      I can’t say enough good about this company! They truly care for the employees and customers, alike. The culture and energy is fantastic! Since joining the team I have always felt as though my perspectives and opinions are not just heard, but respected and valued- even if they do not align to the majority. Leadership is invested in each employee’s success and strongly encourages collaboration. Creativity is fostered and appreciated. Management is transparent and direct. Leadership and management are not afraid or hesitant to invest in their teams development and growth. Nor are they afraid to acknowledge and address areas where they may be gapped. The organization continues to evolve and is always looking for ways to improve.

      Certainly they are the most distressing employer that ever has occurred in my career.

      Pros

      - Holidays ( based on federal law) - 401 k option

      Cons

      - if full time, then it is hard to know about the job role. - if consultant for an client, they will take huge chunk of cut from clients like Eli Lily, Caresource. Anthem etc, . Be sure to check the rate, will make false promise to raise after you join. - there is no co ordination between employees, lack of communication. Everyone minds their own business in a selfish way. - ( For international Students)- WARNING! OPT students should try to find a full time job immediate if one is working for this company. I know a friend whose H1B was revoked immediately on the last day of her client engagement. They will make zero effort/ fake effort to find a job for you. - management makes false promises for employee engagement and training. - Advice: join the company as the last option, still keep on looking for new opportunities till you find one.

      Pros

      The Onebridge team has been incredibly supportive and understanding amid COVID (and beyond). I feel that my voice is heard and my opinions valued at the company. My co-workers work hard to achieve goals while still finding time to have fun and get to know each other. I see my peers and leaders living out our values daily, and that is encouraging.
