Cons

Evolving Processes - Things are improving quickly, but sometimes changes outpace communication or alignment Still Growing - some systems/teams still need to be ironed out Lots of Autonomy, but You Need to Be Proactive - You’re trusted to own your work, which is empowering, but may require more self-direction

Pros

It's all hands on deck here. Really cool to see everyone leaning in and trying to improve everything from Product, Support, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Admin. The Product has it's issues, but delivering on the roadmap will only continue to improve the client experience. The Exec team seems to be in constant communication so at the top of the organization everyone is in lock step.

Cons

Middle Management has a hard time keeping everyone on the same page. Running fast so there's a lot of circling back to fix stuff. Would like to see benefits align with more forward leaning SaaS companies, but given Onit has PE over it, I think the benefits are competitive.
