3yOnit had to make some tough financial decisions based on the unprecedented macroeconomic conditions (like so many other organizations). However, we remain committed to our employees and look forward to reinstating certain employee benefits as soon as possible. It is important to note that we are continuously looking at different ways we can show our appreciation for the hard work our employees put in to help reach our collective goals (ex: Refresh day, where employees have 8 hours per month to spend time on activities they find enjoyable).
