      Bad management, mixed goals, too many VPs, no support from other offices, all about the profits. Overworked and underpaid!!!!

      Always on the road so no time for family or friends at all. No on the job training, terrible pay, and many false promises.

      Cons

      Montrose only cared about their bottom line and making as much money as possible. This resulted in below average raises (3-5%) that they called "cost of living adjustments" and an "unlimited time off" policy that actually restricted you for taking more than 10 days a year off. They think one holiday party per year is enough to say they have this super diverse and healthy work culture. This company is all talk and does not look out for individual employees.
