- Flexible schedule and generous PTO policy helps offset significant field time - Relatable & accessible senior management - Travel the world! Or at least the regional rural industrial sights. - Career advancement opportunity is ample, if you apply yourself in the proper direction and realize fieldwork is the primary and necessary step to everything else

Cons

- Field schedule can be demanding, not for everyone - Increased rigidity of policies with increasing size, public status (could also be a pro depending on outlook) - Availability and quality of training/mentoring varies among offices

Flexible hours, good relationship with coworkers

Cons

Corporate doesn't care about hourly employees and there's communication between corporate and other offices is poor. The benefits aren't great.

I agree we have talented, hard working employees. Our healthcare, 401k and time-off benefits are very competitive and employees often tell me “best-in-class”. We value all our employees which is exhibited in a robust safety program, promotional opportunities and have recently installed a female mentorship program.
