Look into the financials of the company, the board is made up of cronies in other business ventures. The COO used to work for Examworks where some board members worked. Don’t be fooled. They only care about investors and not employees. Example, benefits increased for 2021 but pay didn’t despite what a successful year the company had. Look deeper into the people working here; a majority of employees from acquisitions fail to stay on longer than 3 years. Why? Unreasonable expectations. Low pay, poor management, on the fly policy making, unsupportive teams. They talk about working as one company, yet everyone is only concerned about their own group goals. Stay away and don’t listen to the false promises.
