People, gain professional experience, learn to put out fires everywhere because everyday was a huge disaster

Cons

the higher ups have zero respect for everyone else. terrible benefits package, terrible pay, they expect you to work endless hour, 8 hour days are not the norm. Work here if you are desperate.

Listens Non-threatening Environment for ideas Values effort and working with others Focuses on what is best for all, not reactive to individuals Always looking for assets to meet company mission CEO is great! -no he didn’t write this :)

Cons

Some inefficiencies in operations, I think this is related to desire to respect people rather than discard them. Need more core business systems (in progress but keep it up)

Cons

At times, the work can feel chaotic. Stress management is key in your success. There is also work to do internally related to communication and process improvements. The training needs work.
