Large company with lots of work.

Cons

Hard to get raises and cost of living increase. Unlimited PTO is actually very limited. Very few employee benefits aside from a 3% match on a retirement plan. No stock options, no company activities/happy hours, or bonuses in the past year.

We reward performance Dan and provide base salary increases, bonuses and equity grants annually to those whose performance warrant these during the 1st week of March. Vacation is permitted when approved by Managers for routine time-off needs. 93% of our employees participate in our 401k and 85% defer amounts allowing they receive the full match. Pros

I love my team and managers, they are so understanding and supportive. They have been patient with my several doctor appointments and provided me with resources so I dont feel alone. My previous job made me feel guilty whenever I took time off.

Cons

I'm prety happy and feel respected.
