Pros

None, Montrose is acquiring companies at such a great speed that it’s unattainable to keep it organized. They really do come in to a company and create havoc. The only people who benefit are the owners that Montrose purchases the company from the remainder of the employees are left in the state of confusion as to whether or not they will have jobs. And these are the pros.

Cons

No HR. Ridiculous salaries for the corporates that are not justified by the profit. Ridiculous number of upper management. They set people up for failure at all levels in the company. Nepotism I can go on and on but just understand this is not a good place to work.

we were bought by a larger company, so some clumbsy changes happened, but the work I did was important to me and the group is a family.

Cons

benefits were more generous before the sale of the company.
