      The environment is mostly dependent on which office you work in. I like my coworkers and work.

      Not much career progression; compensation is ok.

      Many of our employees have relayed a similar sentiment - they enjoy the work they do that's for a bigger purpose. Your remarks are also consistent with what we have heard from other employees and leaders on how they love to engage and motivate each other to do better.       Will not recommend this company to anyone. Not even to my enemies if I had any.

      Pros

      Proximity to great restaurants is convenient.

      Cons

      1-There was no technical development for engineers to improve their skills, and there was no proper training on any significant level 2- Underpaid compared to local engineering firms 3-The strategy of having nontechnical/non-engineers in management positions has a terrible ripple effect on the firm. For example, the acquisition of companies with no sense of direction shows that the company does not know what field they really want to excel in.
