The company is in a strong growth period which means investments in new acquisitions and new technologies Leadership team is very diligent and my supervisor seems to genuinely care about the my success as an employee Staff that are outstanding are compensated well with bonus and options
Cons
The company is in a strong growth period which means investments in new acquisitions and new technologies - this means there are a number if smaller organization within one large one and as a result the cohesiveness and culture can be lacking and needs to be developed. If you are looking for a normal 9-5 and collect your paycheck this is not the company for you. If you are want to be part of a fast growing company and willing to actually put in an effort you will be rewarded.
