Management is terrible. They only look out for themselves and when something happens they put the blame on a scapegoat.

Decent people that are all struggling together.

Cons

- 60 to 90 hour work weeks (is that even legal?) - Weekly travel crammed into company truck with several others, up to 7-10 hours on the road one way. - Lousy hourly pay for the amount of time you give the company. -Project leaders will book hotels for you, so you don't get the points.
