-MOST coworkers are nice and helpful -flexible schedule

Cons

-low pay (significantly lower than other companies) -not much advancement -no company culture, just work and go home -bad HR (doesn't listen)

Decent salaries (project managers and up), competitive benefits, 401k w/ match.

Cons

Lousy hourly pay rates (field technicians and administrative staff). High attrition rate. Always short handed requiring a great deal of "fire fighting" by everyone else.
