Up to date equipment, co-workers are good people, and annual Christmas party.

Cons

My division seemed to be behind the 8 ball at all times. Reactive actions instead of proactive. The operations manager does not listen to anyone but people who only agree with his ideas. Seems to have a very fragile ego in my opinion. It seems like the operations manager has no real ideas for business growth and has to nitpick everyone’s shortcomings with no feedback for improvement

Pros

A Food Lion free for all grab breakfast is provided on Fridays. Among the enjoyment was moldy produce. The people who work there are hardly motivated to do their jobs.

Cons

People much everything about this job. The entire operation runs without any real communication. The senior level managers are a joke
