Great way to get hands-on experience. The PMs and the veteran technicians really know their stuff, it was great to pick their brain on topics.

Cons

The communication could have been better between the managers and the lead technicians. Zero downtime in between big projects.

Pros

Friendly, low key work environment. They are very understanding of taking personal/vacation time event during busy times.

Cons

Hampton’s location doesn’t have up-to-date equipment resulting in odd methods of repair. A low staff count resulted in too many hours of over time.
