Nice people, general sense of doing good for the environment, pay can be decent if you negotiate your salary, Lots of overtime, per diem

Cons

Lots of travel, now that they are public the bottom line is everything. No stock purchasing, no bonuses, okay benefits. The difficulty and intelligence required of the work is not displayed in your salary.
