Very cliquey and lots of favoritism

Pros

None that I can think of. The pay is average for entry level positions but not worth the emotional and mental tax that the job comes with.

Cons

There is a lot of office drama and management very clearly picks favorites. Management does not know how to properly handle the people aspect of managing. If you want to be constantly talked down to and made fun of by your superiors though this is the perfect place to do.
