      Pros

      Flexible schedule, friendly people, and you learn a lot of laboratory skills that will be useful in other jobs

      Cons

      Pay is minimal and raises/promotions are only offered to people when they threaten to quit. Lately, there is a constant flow of people fresh out of college who work here for a year and then move on.

      Pros

      1) A growing company with some potential with much work needed.

      Cons

      1.) Management overlooks success in employees while harshly reprimanding for petty issues. 2.)Management routinely disrespected employees of entry level and senior titles. 3) Very poor pay. Not competitive. 4.) HR will ghost you for weeks. Extremely difficult to contact. 5.) The turn over is extremely high. Half of our team left within a year.

      Just run from here. Managers don’t know what they are doing. Forced to work on weekends and overtime. Can never get time off.
