We appreciate the time you took to share this feedback. It has always been our intention to invest in our employees, and we will continue to do so. We value the work that our employees put in, and acknowledge that some of these roles do require time to be spent away from home. The intention of our benefits and time-off program is to balance the needs of both the employee and the business. We hope that all employees are able to benefit from these programs.

Run while you still have the chance.

Pros

Plenty of opportunities to learn new methods or instrumentation.

Cons

Lack of professionalism on behalf of the majority of management/leadership. A large amount of inexperience within lab personnel. The vast majority of employees show up for a pay check, so the employees who are hard-working get ran into the ground. The office atmosphere is clique-ish. If you brown-nose the right people, you can get away with murder which could be a pro for some people.

Pros

Compensation, vacation, 401K match, inexpensive family medical plan, flexible work hours, good per diem, nice hotels, good field meals, good people. If your not a hard worker and think you are going to get lost in the crowd to collect a paycheck this isn't for you. If you are a hard worker and understand that you get what you give - it is, you will be compensated once you prove your worth.

Cons

Consecutive field days can be extreme during busy season. High turnover rate - Frequently retraining new technicians.
