Pros

Just stay away from the Regulatory Compliance Services division and you'll have a good experience. HR tended to our needs, actively became involved in creating a company culture (or an attempt), updated building, salaried employees enjoyed unlimited PTO and salary was below average but I've experienced worse. They appeared to be quite transparent as well with their policies and outlook of the company. IT also improving, the overall company seems to be going in the right direction to stay competitive. They just recently acquired numerous firms so the culture and of a bigger company still needs to reach the roots of acquired firms. Flexible scheduling and room for growth outside of RCS division at Orange.

Cons

No bonuses. No new hire training. Timekeeping is a waste of time but as consultants they had to task each hour to a project and this can become a tedious task. Speaking for RCS only, there is slow growth. Again there is no training. During the interview they said there would be a comprehensive training regime and that never followed. A manager who knew I lacked a skill humiliated me by asking what I've done my whole career knowing I was serving in the military and instead yelled rather than coach and mentor in how to do the task. This is not a veteran friendly division. The VP there questions you like you're a child (lack of modern management theory practices) and you'll soon realize you're stuck in a loophole of never ending complaints, while not getting the training or coaching for support. The borderline bullying was enough. Once a Fortune 500 company saw my skillset rather than my weakness, I left immediately.

Pros

Unless deregulation actually happens this job is very stable.

Cons

Over worked, under paid, work life balance is not balanced at all, management is not very helpful in terms of personal advancement, turnover is ridiculous, your education level doesn't matter. (Don't take this job of you have an advanced degree)

Pros

Pays okay for right out of college. Co workers are generally cool people, you can take days off without any backlash.

Cons

Lots of travel. Unless you live in Antioch or Concord, you'll probably have a long commute. Long hours, little to no breaks in the field, expected to work for several hours on end without any food. Expect 50 hour weeks. 12+ hour days in the field arent uncommon. They randomly drug test too.
