A great opportunity to network with clients for possible future employment. 9/80 schedule. On the job training. Lots of room for improvement.

Cons

Low wages. Half of the technicians in our office have second jobs to make ends meet. Little to no incentive for out of town work. High turnover rate. Company policies change frequently.

Lots and lots of travel, must be willing to travel a lot. Lots of work, over time is huge. Must be willing tow irk overtime

Pros

One of the premier companies who care about about their employees and the communities that we work in. The senior management team is young but they are extremely smart and ambitious. They know each one of our staff by name and always push for personal growth. I worked at other large environmental companies in the past and you'd get lost at these places but not at Montrose Env. It's OUR family away from home.

Cons

If you don't like challenges and hard work, you wouldn't last long at this company. The company is growing fast and you need to keep up with all the necessary changes.
