      Pros

      Our company was bought by Montrose 6 months ago. So far I haven't noticed much of a difference in my job. There seems to be a lot of opportunity within the network, which is a positive change from being a small company.

      Cons

      There doesn't seem to be a vision for how to integrate all the companies they bought. HR is slow to respond, and the hiring process takes way too long.

      Pros

      A new company that is growing and needs leaders to help define the organization. Lots of opportunity to make a difference. It's the perfect place to work if you are creative, hard working and passionate about making something new. Many good people working here.

      Cons

      It is not for everyone and not a 40 hour week. There are lots of long hours and controlled chaos. Many systems and programs are still being defined.
