      Pros

      My company was bought by montrose one year ago. The Benefits- 401k,PTO and insurance are decent. Employees with little or no experience are often hired which allows them to gain experience. The company is flexible. Majority of the company was a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, At my company the management are very disorganized, consistently mismanages and do not communicate. They are the lower end of the paid scale compare to other company in the area. Instruments are old with no service contacts therefore analyst are expected to fix them. The lab is disorganized and employees are constantly looking for things.

      Pros

      National opportunities with offices across the country. Above average benefit package (e.g., 80% medical, matching 401k, stock options).

      Cons

      Little to no communication between upper management and front line personnel. Perception of a lack of an obvious integration plan as acquisitions are made. Currently, field personnel are being put into too heavy of a rotation. This is resulting in low morale and high attrition.

      Five week vacation, plenty of hours, and 401 K matching.

      Cons

      Always on the road so no time for family or friends at all. No on the job training, terrible pay, and many false promises.
