No leadership at the top of the lab - management not accessible even when meetings are prescheduled. Narcissism runs rampant, they control through manipulation and favortism and do not have expectations set out so employees know how to grow to the next level. Employees are afraid to come forward due to retaliation - production over quality - and they say open door policy, but only if you're one of the favorrites, otherwise, your opinion and feedback is not considered - might as well not say anything and look for another job - which is what me and several of my coworkers are doing! Had high hopes - not now - better off in fast food, for the pay and workload expected...
