Good for experience, I'd suggest not working here for more than a year. 4 weeks of PTO/year

Cons

80% Travel, they will tell you it's less but it's not. Higher ups have no respect for your personal obligations. Don't make plans, something will come up. Burn out is extremely common and in turn morale is often low. Low pay.
