      Lots of parties and employee incentives.

      Cons

      The site in Richmond is full of bias and favoritism in regards to employees. Management works the diligent employees to death while letting the lazy ones slide and climb the ladder. Promotions for the hard workers are few and far between and the excuses provided become more and more exaggerated and desperate.

      I had great coworkers. They were the only reason that this job was bearable.

      Cons

      The culture here is horrible. It is continuing to decline. I hope management eventually gets it together. The potential is there, but the leaders are not.

      Off most weekends which is good.

      Cons

      Management is terrible. They only look out for themselves and when something happens they put the blame on a scapegoat.
