-MOST coworkers are nice and helpful -flexible schedule

Cons

-low pay (significantly lower than other companies) -not much advancement -no company culture, just work and go home -bad HR (doesn't listen)

Pros

Salaries for the exempt positions are decent. Benefits provided are on the generous side.

Cons

Work-life balance is still very out of sync. Too much travel/time away from home for too little money. No real training or continuous career development path for the non-exempt field technician staff.
