Montrose management team provides a good balance between the needs of employees and investors. The bottom line matters as much as providing a stable and enjoyable working environment. Management has provided a clear vision of where they are taking us and what we will look like in ten years. This company is well balanced.

Cons

Nothing that i haven't experienced in every other company i have worked for. It's all the same nomatter where you go now a days.
