      The people working there were awesome. You get sweets baked by Martha and she is such a sweet boss.

      Cons

      Not enough help when you are over flood with work.

      Pros

      Senior Management is an absolute win for Montrose. Compared to other similar companies, the upper management structure is far and away the best. Some middle management is selfish, and out of their element. No the best place to stay as an entry level employee. But, if you get hired on with experience, or if your company has been purchased by "Monty" then you should be in great shape.

      Cons

      Middle management can be stingy at times to approve overhead expenditures to improve efficiency or safety culture.
